Breathwork is a powerful somatic tool that we can use to tap into our subconscious to help us let go of blockages holding us back from living life to our highest potential, while also re-wiring the brain to accept and adapt to change; thus, facilitating healing, a higher state of awareness, and a sense of peace.

There is power in numbers and creating intentions. Coming together with a shared intention can have profound impacts on our lives, our communities, and our universe. By using the breath, we can turn off the critic in our mind and tap into our hearts where gratitude, love, and joy reside.
I've done breathwork before and found the breathwork session with Shannon very powerful. Shannon's soothing voice guided me into a relaxed state in a matter of minutes. After the session I felt relaxed and in-tune with my body. I also gained strength towards an issue I was going through. Two days later, my mind still feels clear.
