Breathwork Session | One on One

Somatic Therapy to help clear emotional blocks and allow for self- transformation

Service Description

Breathwork is a powerful somatic tool that we can use to tap into our subconscious to help us let go of blockages holding us back from living life to our highest potential, while also re-wiring the brain to accept and adapt to change; thus, facilitating healing, a higher state of awareness, and a sense of peace. This uniquely designed therapy is customized to fit each individual’s needs. After discussing concerns and outlining specific goals, I will then guide you through a 30 minute active breath session while comfortably laying down, that will also include Reiki, visualization meditation, and other energy therapies. I will teach you some breathing techniques that you can use at home. Each Breathwork session will be unique to you and different every time. You might come in to work on a certain issue, but the body might bring a different issue to the surface to clear. You will leave each session with assignments and/or tools that can help you on your journey of healing and self-awareness. Breathwork can help to: - Release stored trauma - Relieve pain stored in the body - Release energy blockages - Truly connect with our body and inner wisdom - Turn off the critic in the brain (or at least turn it to a low volume) - Bring awareness to our heart center - Get clear on our purpose and goals - Bring compassion to ourselves to allow healing - Let go and forgive - Feel connected to a higher power/self You will leave the session feeling a sense of gratitude and peace. This service can take place at my home (Hardin Valley area) or you home (add $25 for travel with in Knoxville/Oak Ridge area). Cancelation Policy

*No refunds for Sister Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops* You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
