Service Description

This revitalizing therapy helps restore energy to your seven basic energy centers or chakras. Using specific breathing techniques, reiki, guided meditation, and sound, the energy is balanced and cleared at each chakra, in a ritual to promote positive energy flow throughout the body. You will leave the session feeling a sense of gratitude and peace. This service can take place at my home (Hardin Valley area) or you home (add $25 for travel with in Knoxville/Oak Ridge area). After I review your booking request, I will send you a liability waiver and other relevant pre-session forms to fill out beforehand (please check spam for shannonkaywellness@gmail.com). *Note: If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, or pregnant please email me at shannonkaywellness@gmail.com for contraindications and alternatives -Everyone is welcome and can participate at their own comfort level.

Cancelation Policy

*No refunds for Sister Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops* You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
