Service Description

This revitalizing therapy helps restore energy to your seven basic energy centers or chakras. Using specific breathing techniques, reiki, guided meditation, and sound, the energy is balanced and cleared at each chakra, in a ritual to promote positive energy flow throughout the body. Tips: -Come to this session on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours after eating. -Ready an exercise / yoga mat on the floor (add a blanket for extra comfort). -Use headphones - highly recommended for sound healing -Have a pillow to place under your knees. -Wear comfortable clothing + blanket if you get cold. -Feel free to use some high quality essential oil(s) or crystals. -Put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door! Note: This service takes place Online and can be just as effective as in person. After I review your booking request, I will send you an invoice and waiver. I will send you a Zoom link (and other important info) via email (shannonkaywellness@gmail.com) on the day of our session - if you do not receive the link within 4 hours of our scheduled time, check your spam/junk folder or email me to to get a new link. Cancelation Policy

*No refunds for Sister Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops* You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
