In this immersive workshop, you will be guided through a series of conscious breathing techniques, designed to activate the body’s relaxation response, and create a state of inner balance. Please Bring: - Exercise mat / yoga mat (breath practice takes place lying down:) - Small pillow for under knees - Dress comfortable - A sweater or light blanket + eye pillow if (desired) - Journal + pen - An open heart and mind - About 90 minutes - Always fun to bring a friend :)

*No Refunds for Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops! Incase of emergency, please email me and we can credit you for a future session. *If payment is required before the event and Intuit cancels, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
