A Breathwork and Sound Meditation group session offers the opportunity to partake in a rejuvenating holistic practice alongside your friends, family, or coworkers. During this session, you will engage in Breathwork, guided meditation, and the transformative power of crystal singing bowls. These combined powerful modalities create a harmonic and deeply rejuvenating experience for the mind, body and spirit – it is like a mini retreat! During our session, you will learn various techniques to harness the power of intentional breathing. Through guided instructions and gentle encouragement, you will experience deep diaphragmatic breathing and breath holds. These practices are designed to activate the body’s relaxation response and create a state of inner balance. Complementing the breathwork session, meditation will be integrated to cultivate a mindful and centered state of being. Through guided meditation, learn to focus your attention, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and clarity. Adding to the sensory experience, the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls will be integrated into the sessions. The soothing vibrations and harmonics produced by these bowls have a profound impact on the body and mind. As you immerse yourself in their enchanting tones, you will experience a deep sense of relaxation, allowing for further release of tension, stress, and emotional blockages. Cancellation Policy

*No Refunds for Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops! Incase of emergency, please email me and we can credit you for a future session. *If payment is required before the event and Intuit cancels, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
